Private Pilot Licence

The Private Pilot Licence (Helicopters), PPL(H), training can be tailored to suit every individual’s requirements varying from a full time course to a much less intense programme.  The full course includes 45 hours minimum flying training in accordance with the Joint Aviation Authority (JAA / EASA) requirements, 10 hours of which are solo.

Ground school is provided for all subjects:

• Aviation Law and Operational Procedures
• Aircraft General Knowledge and Principles of Flight
• Navigation
• Meteorology
• Human Performance and Limitations, and Tech Type
